Open an AVI video to convert by selecting
Open from Input menu. |

Configure video paramaters for VCD format
including Frame Rate, Resolution and Color
Depth, etc. |

Configure MPEG paramaters by selecting MPEG
Video Parameters from Output menu. Choose
MPEG 1 (VCD extension) as output format. Then
choose the Bit Rate and Aspect Ratio for output
MPEG 1 video. |

Convert your AVI to VCD format by selecting
Save Output File from Output menu. |
